We aim to send your parcel out within 2 days of recieving payment. We will email you to let you know when your order has been dispatched.
Delivery to North Island 2-3 days, delivery to South Island 1-2 days after you have recieved the order dispatched email.
We only use fastway courier. The freight cost is $8.00 within New Zealand.
If you have not recieved your order within 1 week after recieving your order dispatched email please contact us and we will endeavour to track your parcel with the courier.
If your items arrive damaged, please contact us immediately. Please be aware that to place a claim with the courier you must retain all packaging, to prove your parcel was adequately packed.

If you have any other problems or queries please do not hesitate to contact us. We cannot exchange goods if you change your mind, as they are for use with food. However if we have sent the wrong product in error, we will remedy immediately.
